Both your scholarship application and your degree program application must be submitted by the January 28 deadline.* Click here to apply to the DHS degree program.

*Policy regarding GRE scores: The application for the degree must be completed by the deadline, including GRE scores.

It is permissible for the GRE scores to arrive after the January 28 deadline, but the test itself must be taken before January 28, and the transfer of scores to the DHS must be initiated before January 28.

Receiving a nomination for a TI scholarship will not guarantee or privilege your application to the DHS’s degree program. Conversely, your admission to a degree program is not a prerequisite for a scholarship application.
