Both your scholarship application and your degree program application must be submitted by the January 8 deadline.* Click here to apply to this degree program on the DHS website.

*Policy regarding GRE scores: Some applications to the DHS require GRE scores. To be eligible for the TI scholarship for these programs, it is permissible for the GRE scores to arrive after the January 8 deadline, but the test itself must be taken before the January 8 deadline.

Receiving a nomination for a TI scholarship will not guarantee or privilege your application to the DHS’s degree program. Conversely, your admission to a degree program is not a prerequisite for a scholarship application.
