Man can do nothing without God (John 15:5). This course examines what it means for God so to help us: To work in us with us, and without us. Attendant questions, such as what this means for our freedom vis-à-vis God's providence, and how competing conceptions of human nature affect how one understands this theological truth, will also be discussed.
