What does the goodness of God consist in? Because God is a personal being that acts with intellect and will, it may be tempting to think that the goodness of God consists in His always doing the right thing, just like a good person or human being would. But is that the best way to think of God's goodness? And if not, might it cause us pause in thinking about our own goodness?
