About the speaker:
Jeremy W. Skrzypek is Associate Professor of Philosophy and Director of the Honors Program at Ohio Dominican University. He received his PhD in philosophy from Saint Louis University in 2016. In 2023, he received the American Catholic Philosophical Quarterly's Rising Scholar Award. His main areas of research are metaphysics, medieval philosophy, philosophy of religion, and bioethics, with a special focus on the Aristotelian theory of hylomorphism and the thought of St. Thomas Aquinas.
