About the speaker:

Greg LaNave is currently director of a project entitled "Cultivating Virtue" at The Catholic University of America, which attempts to expose all undergraduates at the university to the practice of virtue through coursework. Previously he taught for 20 years as professor of systematic and historical theology at the Dominican House of Studies in Washington, D.C. He is the author of one book, Through Holiness to Wisdom: The Nature of Theology according to Saint Bonaventure, and has published numerous articles, mostly on Bonaventure and on Thomas Aquinas, in The Thomist, Theological Studies, Franciscan Studies, Nova et vetera, and Josephinum Journal of Theology. He is the director of the series "Fathers of the Church, Mediaeval Continuation" for Catholic University Press, and has served for thirty years as managing editor of the journal The Thomist.
