Are you a freelancer seeking work, or a student wanting to gain videography and PA experience in a studio setting? The Thomistic Institute is seeking to hire an Aquinas 101 Production Assistant (contract position).
Responsibilities may include:
- Assist in the setup and teardown of the set and studio equipment
- Operate teleprompter
- Create teleprompter and storyboard files from script documents
- Serve as camera operator and soundperson
- Perform other various PA duties as necessary
What we’re seeking:
- Uninterrupted availability in 2-hour blocks on weekdays (9 am-5 pm)
- Candidate with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Previous experience with video, sound, photography, lighting, or other PA work
Please note:
This is a paid contract position with no minimum or maximum guarantee of hours. Filming occurs sporadically but is always scheduled at least one week in advance.
