Speaker Bio:
Fr. John Harris OP is an Irish Dominican. He had a doctorate in moral theology from the Pontifical University of St. Thomas in Rome (Angelicum). His licence thesis was entitled: The Laity: the Church in Politics. His doctoral thesis was entitled: Ethics in Constitutional Law: A Theological Reflection on the Preamble to the Irish Constitution, written under the direction of Fr. Wojciech Giertych, OP (currently Theologian of the Papal Household). He teaches dogmatic and moral theology in the Dominican Studium in Dublin.
