Thank you for applying to this Summa Reading Group! We are happy to accept your application. Thanks to the generosity of our benefactors, the Thomistic Institute is able to offer this course free of charge. However, the TI is committed to stewardship. Please read the following carefully:

The submission of this Statement of Commitment finalizes my registration for a reserved spot in a Summa Reading Group. If I miss more than 30% of the total sessions for my group, I agree to pay a $50 fee to help defray the cost incurred. If I do not submit this form by Thursday, October 12 at 11:59pm, I agree to forfeit my place to another applicant.
